What season is it?

It’s 88 today and very humid.  Most people recognize it a summertime, but I am wondering if you know what season it is in your life spiritually.  I was pondering this scripture:

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
To everything there is a season!  What season is it?  We have been going through a very difficult season for some time.  Many I know have been dealing with major illnesses, family or financial trauma or some other issues that seem overwhelming.  The battle has been severe.  It has been a season of tribulation, trials, adversities, heartache, pain, struggle, etc. I know it has been that way for me and my family. I have been on dialysis now for five years. Joe has had two strokes since November 2015 and is now also on dialysis. Physically and mentally life has been a challenge, to say the least.  And the financial pressure from all the medical expenses coupled with being on a fixed income!  Praise God, we know Jesus and praise God he has taught us that seasons change.
Times and seasons are in the Father’s hand.  We do not know when our season will change, but we know that trouble does not last always and seasons do change.  Because of this, we have hope and hope does not make one ashamed.  Hope is an expectation that something good is going to happen.  Do you believe that?  Do you believe that whatever you are going through is only for a season in your life?  If so, Start preparing for your next season.  Begin praising God now for the fruit of righteousness being formed in your life and for all he has taught you during your present season.  If you have learned and grown, look forward to God’s blessings and peace that will surely spring forth in your life as you walk into your next season.
Thanking God today for seasons. Thanking him also for his love and amazing grace.
